As I'm trading a tier 1 villager for a lower tier, I'd like to pick up my villager first. If you don't like that, then please don't offer in first place.

If she's the last to move in, she won't move out. You'll have to move someone else out before you can get her out I'm afraid.
Is there any way you can pick zucker up in cycle, or get someone to hold him for you while you get someone out? I've been waiting to restart this town for quite a while now, and everyone who is going to pick up zucker either get him elsewhere or end up not having space.. xD
