The internet won't be ruined by the minority (though growing minority) that uses Firefox AND uses AdBlock. :|

I honestly don't think that anyone is going to be dumb enough to PURPOSELY click ads to help the company who puts up the ads... No offense or anything, but I wouldn't do that.

So even if I didn't have AdBlock, I would still never click the ads/
