Zell is free for the taking! I considered taking him in but I do need to demolish a lot of pwp to get people moving in at good spots. Let me know if anyone wants him, I'll be on all night!

Aaahh I would love him! I don't have room currently but if I'm able to get someone out and no one else wants him I'll take him for sure <3

If you mean the public works campgrounds, unfortunately you cannot let people have him unless he moves into your town first and then is in boxes to leave.
