Trading Zell for Fang or other offers.

Zell the smug deer has prompted to move out.
The only villager that I'm looking for the replace Zell is mainly Fang, but I will look at and consider all offers.
I do TT, and have 10 villagers, meaning you must be able to have room to pick Zell up first.
