All business will be done in Gensokyo, unless agreed to otherwise.
If you'd like to trade in your town, and your native fruit isn't apples, I'd like to be allowed to sell some at your Re-Tail.

You are welcome to purchase or sell any items(perfect fruit for example) not discussed in Gensokyo's Re-Tail while there, unless otherwise noted. Items there will usually be orderables or fossils, but may include hybrids if my stock is over 10. All such items will be sold at the price listed here.

I will do my best to confirm your request within 24hrs, either here or by pm. Afterwards, please pm me when you are ready or with times you can visit. If I pm you and you don't respond, the items are back on the market.
If you ask for an item someone else has reserved, you'll be next in line if they don't respond.

You are welcome to visit my town normally after your purchase, unless there are others on the way, in which case, only 1 person will be allowed to visit at a time to avoid confusion.

Follow all common rules while visiting or purchasing.
Stay on paths, don't pick fruit unless I say it's okay, don't chop or trample, etc.

For the new or self-dubbed "uninspired," I'm willing to help with your town's placement, such as where to put paths and public works projects. In other words, if you're feeling overwhelmed, I can, as an observer, tour your town as is and critique on where say a windmill might look nice or what might be interesting to have in that unusual spot in your town's geography.

I also have a golden axe and watering can. If you need some chopping done or want your black roses to go gold, I'm always willing.

Patterns:
I've gotten a lot of compliments over time, so I'm putting the QR codes of the patterns I use in my town here in case you like them enough for your town.
Also, I'm always on the look out for any kind of autumnal or spooky path or ground cover.
