I have no idea xc I can't cycle out villagers until I get my tenth villager cus I messed up the process so I'm trying to get any villager to move in but I can't find anyone with vllagers that are moving and the villager is going to be voided so ;;


I also have dottty in my Sailor Moon town cx
Which kinda turned into a second cycle​

I had the same problem when I was cycling. You need the 100% approval rating. I think it is essential to play the game in its first 2 weeks when you started your town. I hope this helps. ;-;
