What dishes did Franklin ask you to gather ingredients for this Harvest Festival? My four courses were:

Mushroom Salad
Mushroom Bisque
Pan-Fried Olive Flounder
Coconut Tart

LOT of mushrooms for this one...

So relieved it is over now, getting the lobster for Tom Yum Goong and the barred knifejaw have been a pain. I am happy it's over, though I am sad the event is not so big I mean you make the food with Franklin, you get it to be there, but after that it's like 'enjoy the harvest festival', but what is there to do? :'(

It took me 90 FRIGGING MINUTES to catch an Olive Flounder. And I feel pretty stupid for hoarding all those Skinny and Elegant Mushrooms now.

This was my first Harvest Festival and i liked it though i wish we could keep cooking.
I used one villager for 1 ingredient and the rest of the ingredients required from villagers from another villager.
Also the secret ingredient for all of mine were Lemon.

Wow I catch those quite easily, for me the lobster and knifejaw took I think half a hour both added up.

It took me about a good hour to get everything.

It took forever to get dabs D: But it was fun n.n Later I'm going to cook with my alt, and I need to collect vinegar so I can use it in one of my rooms.

UPDATE: I managed to squeeze 3 vinegars out of Rosie by putting each one she gave me into a letter, so useful tip for anyone who wants to collect certain Harvest Festival ingredients

This was the menu for me too. I was done in less than an hour because Coco gave me exactly the extra ingredients I needed.

Kind of nostalgic, because I started Mirage on Nov. 23, 2013, and the Harvest Festival was one of the first things I did there. It was a little tough to do as the new mayor of an undeveloped town. Now, my town is totally different and fully stocked. I still have Mallary, Fauna and Flora, who were there for that first year. Harry and Deirdre (maybe Antonio was already there) are gone, as is my starting diagonal bridge.

All my items were caught in advance so I was done in 20 minutes. Had to save/quit to get an extra flour for the kitchen.
My first request was a Sea Bass from a villager. I had them in the box by the docks but decided to try and catch one first.
It should have been an easy fish to catch but there wasn't any around. Think the game makes it hard to find the fish that the villagers requests. Probably to make the Harvest Day go longer.
