I’m curious about your dailies at this point in the game. We’ve been almost two months in and my fossil collection is near complete because I island hopped a lot. I don’t TT though (except for that campsite trick time to kick out two randos and get a dreamie) so I still lack a lot of furniture so shaking trees is still part of my daily routine until now. I wish I no longer have to shake trees since some parts of my town are already terraformed and designed and shaking trees around designed areas are more of a hassle since there are plenty of stuff around them already. Oh well. Gotta get more furniture.

How about you guys? What does your daily routine look like now two months in? Have you completed your fossil collections? Do you still shake trees?

I completed my fossil collection with a little help from friends! I always forget to shake trees but I try to hit all my rocks (I need that gold!!) Then I check the beach for a bottle and check to see if there's a villager crafting (or if one has a bubble above their head) and I check Nooks and Ables for anything new or something I'm looking for (I need that Black and White jester outfit!!!)

In the morning, between 6:30 and 7:30 (before work), I search the beach for bottles, find the fossils, hit rocks, and shake Trees.

At 3 pm, when I get home, I check Nooks and Ables.

The rest of the day, I work on my island or just do whatever.

-I do shopping at Nooks and able sisters daily,
-Dig fossils, but I’ve been getting duplicates lately, still need 2 more.
-Talk to all of my villagers and do requests
-Water some flowers to grow hybrid
-Go island hopping for resource and DIYs
-Terraforming
Its kind of long, but I make sure to do these everyday.

- talk to all my villagers (except the crusty ones I dislike)
- collect my daily nook miles at the atm
- hit every rock
- scout for the bottle on the beach
- collect shells
- plant a money tree
- water my flowers
- shake each tree for furniture
- stock up on resources
- dig up fossils
- catch fish
- shoot down presents
- check turnip prices
- check what nook's cranny has in store

what i do every day without fail: i talk to all my villagers, dig up fossils, and scan the beach for DIYs and gulliver. then i head to nook's and able's to see if theres anything new. i hit all my rocks and take care of the x5 and x2 NM+ achievements. check the recycling bin for new items. i save tree-shaking and watering flowers for my evening play session, which is less task-focused and more just chilling, catching fish and talking to villagers.

–Shopping
–Fossils
–Shake trees to get bees! ...and furniture
–Check hybrids and water for more
–Seashells and message in bottle

I always talk to villagers too. Trying to get into a habit of checking what they're crafting as well

- Check for the message in the bottle
- Check for special visitors
- Dig up all fossils that I see, though I won't go out of my way looking for them
- Talk to all villagers and see who's crafting
- Shop at Ables and Nook's
- Check in at the ABD for my daily miles, see if they have a new K.K. song
- See what hybrids are growing, dig/water as necessary
- Try to do all the daily Nook Miles achievements

Sometimes I will also shake all trees for wasps and furniture, but I won't do it on lazy days!

- 5 a.m. Gather fossils, bang rocks and check on my flower garden to see what I've grown.

Everything else is just whenever I can get to it.

- Fossils
- Rocks
- Shopping
- Gifting
- Selling

That's basically what I do everyday when I play for the first time. Afterwards I just see what I can do. I talk to all villagers while walking around and doing what I can to fix things up.

In the evening I try to make extra bells on islands if I feel like it. I don't like grinding NookMiles, so recently I've bern more fond of fishing at home unless Flick is there.

• Check the beach for DIY bottle or Gulliver

• Shake the trees for all the wasps and furniture

• Dig up all the fossils

• Hit the rocks

• Water the flowers I’m currently crossbreeding for (blues rose atm)

• Check the recycling bin and terminal for the 300+ Nook Miles bonus and items

• Shop/Sell stuff at Nook’s Cranny and Able’s Sisters

• Accomplish any Nook Miles Plus task I could especially if it’s 5x yield

• Look for the NPC if they aren’t Residential Building-bound or Jolly Redd’s ship

• Talk to all my favorite villagers

• Check who’s crafting what

If it’s raining, I try to catch at least one coelacanth because I love that fossil rock fish

My island dailies haven't changed much at all - I've been playing since the beginning and I:

-visit the shops first thing
-get my 300 bonus nook miles from accessing the terminal
-order any catalog items I need for my house/town
-pick up anything on the beach (specifically looking for bottles)
-clean up the town (relocating flowers that have grown in and pulling up weeds)
-look to see who is in the plaza, if anybody
-look at the map to see if Redd's here
-dig up fossils
-hit all the rocks (and destroy whichever ones are in the way)
-now I'm trying to catch an elusive mahi-mahi

  • Shake all the non-fruit trees
    • Catch all 5 wasps
    • Get the two furniture items
  • Pick up new weeds
    • Replant clovers if they grew to the next stage
  • Dig up all four fossils and put them in storage
  • Dig up every new flower that was bred/cloned
    • Sell the basic colors I don't need
    • Plant hybrids else where
  • Water flowers
  • Check beaches for bottled DIY recipe
    • Check beaches for star fragments if wished upon a star the night before
  • Talk to every villager three times
    • Do any task they might give me
  • Gift every villager a wrapped non-native fruit
    • If I have enough battery and don't feel particularly lazy that morning, I will save scum for non-permanent resident's framed photos
  • Check if any villager is crafting (morning)
  • Check Nook's Cranny
    • Buy everything I don't have cataloged yet
  • Check Able Sisters
    • Buy some stuff I don't have cataloged yet (and buy stuff I actually will use)
Then I'll do whatever I feel like doing, usually crafting, moving flowers and furniture around, and gathering materials. I'll check back occasionally to see who's crafting in the afternoon and evening.

- fossils
- shake fruit trees
- find money rock
- find message in a bottle
- check recycling bin in res center
- check ABD so I can get those daily nook miles
- stop in at villagers homes to see what's being crafted
- check nook's crannys and ables to see if there's anything that is worth buying

I completed the fossils last week, but I still collect them daily to complete the Nook mile challenge. These are my dailies in no particular order:
1. dig up fossils
2. hit rocks
3. talk to all villagers/check if anyone is crafting anything
4. get daily ABD nook miles and check Nook catalog special items for K.K. Slider songs I don't have
5. shake all trees for furniture
6. change clothes
7. check Nook shop items
8. check Able sisters/talk to Sable
9. look for bottle on beach
10. check recycling bin
11. send photos of what is in my stores to my friends to see if they need anything/tell them what is being crafted
12. check friends photo messages to see if they have anything I want/need

I am done with fossils, flowers, and have already caught all available fish/bugs (except for scorpion). Not in particular order but...
  • Collect resources (rocks, wood)
  • Collect weeds
  • Search for the money tree spot
  • Talk and give villagers gifts
  • Check shore for bottle and villager crafting (morning, noon, night)
  • Get daily Nook Points

  • Check secret beach for Redd
  • Check camp (if Isabelle announces)
  • Check stores for new stuff
  • Check special visitors
  • Do Nook Miles+ objectives
  • Change attire

I make 2 or 3 round trips in the morning.

Trip 1 - Shovel out, hit rocks and dig up fossils. I also pick up branches and weeds
Trip 2- Net out, shake trees and get the furniture items and wasps
Trip 3 - Not daily, depends if I need wood. Stone axe out, whack trees for wood

I then hit the beach and collect all the stuff that's washed up. After that I do Island stuff. Talk to villagers, keep working on my Island, check the shops ect...

  • Shake all my fruit trees in my orchard if they've grown
  • Hit all 6 of my rocks in my rock garden
  • Look for the DIY on the beach
  • Plant and move my money tree to my money tree spots
  • Dig up any fossils that I see, although i dont go looking for them since my musem is full
  • Check Nook's and Able's to see if they're selling anything good
  • Check for other npcs
  • Speak to whatever villagers I encounter
  • Check houses to find a crafting villager
  • If i had trees I'd shake them but i currently only really have fruit trees since im terraforming lol
  • do any x2 or x5 nook miles thingys
in no particular order!!

My dailies include watering my flowers (at this point i only water certain sections lol), digging up as many fossils as I can find, getting the diy from the beach, buy stuff at nooks cranny and able sisters, and check my villagers every 2 seconds to see who's crafting :')

I completed my fossil room pretty early on, think it only took like.. 2 or 3 weeks maybe? idr. , I TT a lot, so I don't think I really do much for dailies? I no longer dig fossils or farm rocks, I check the beach for the bottle when I remember, but I try and always check Nook's and Able sisters every time I go to a new day!!
