Have the fastest PC ever with no Internet or a slow PC with Internet?

Already tried option two - not a big hit.

I kind of need internet to survive, so I'd choose the second option. I once had a computer that had only 256mb of RAM, with an 800MHz single core Intel Pentium III processor, and a 10GB hard drive. It was so slow I cried, but I had internet.

Probably the second option, because I don't really use the non-Internet uses of computers...
