They are both absolutely awful omfg. I guess I'd have to agree with the majority, and say that I'd rather be cheated on. I'd feel like crap either way, but at least I won't be a guilty piece of crap.

But really, if I for some reason had to make this choice, I would do the cheating. Screw the moral high ground.
I've been cheated on before and I would rather not be on the receiving side again (not that I want to be on either side of that scenario), especially when the person doing the cheating only seems to feel guilty for all of 10 minutes. Moral high ground doesn't really mean much if you stop interacting with the person afterwards anyway.

Then again, in my experience the people I've dated who cheated are like -100/10 attitudes & really hurt me so maybe I'd rather "cheat" since too many people consider having friends of the opposite gender & talking to them as a sign of cheating. I wouldn't give my friends up for anyone!

Neither tbh, cheating is gross and horrible. But if I HAD to pick, I'd be the cheater. It's gross and selfish, but I would never personally cheat on someone. I'm too loving as a person and too dedicated/loyal to other people.

Depends on what is defined as "cheating." Is cheating flirting with another person? Giving meaningful gifts to another person? Spending time with another person? Comforting another person? Sleeping with another person? Thinking someone is more attractive than said person?
I'd rather have a partner that cheats on me because I don't want to seem like the overly attached girlfriend, but I'd probably cheat too once I found out if they did it.
