Hey guys and welcome to my raffle, This is my first ever giveaway/raffle so don't be too hard on me. Recently, I have managed to get my hands on a second copy of ACNL and a second 3Ds, and all of my dreamies on top of that so I decided to give back as thanks to all the people that helped me along the way. Everything here will be relatively free and I have a ton of awesome items to offer! Random note, my favorite number is 13. Also, I will be using a random generator to choose the winners. ​

First things first, rules. Please read them all.

~Please follow all of the rules
~ If you have any questions, please pm them to me. I promise I don't bite.
~ Your account must be made before 10/23/14
~ You are only eligible to win 1 prize, if you do not respond within 24 hours of my announcement your prize will go to someone else.
~ You may only enter 2 of the 4 ways listed, I will explain this in greater detail in the "How to enter" section.
~ All prizes will be placed in a spoiled, and the entrants will be placed in a separate spoiler with the amount of entries they have. I will post all winners a spoiler from 1st to 13th.
~ This give away/raffle will end 10/29/14, meaning, 5 days from now. The time may be extended because I am a full time college student but I promise all winners will be notified by 11/1/14, the latest. (I would say Halloween but I'm sure no one will be online.)
~ Bumps are very much appreciated!
~ If you read all the rules please include a <3 in your post or I will not allow you to enter. I will allow you to edit as long as you acknowledge that you did not fully read the rules in the reason why you are editing.

How to enter:

There are 4 ways to enter, you can choose to do 2 max.

~ Say "Enter me" and explain which prize you would like to win and why. (Counts as 1 entry)
~ Send/Donate 25tbt for 1 entry. Maximum of 4 entries this way, meaning you can only send up to 100tbt.
~ Draw art of my mayor and Marina (because my name is also marina so I love her.), or of either of them separately, all art must be pm'd to me. (Counts as 7 entries)
~ Visit my dream town and tell me a way that I can improve my town. (Ex: You need more flowers or you should add more trees here.) Please do not use the examples. Town: Lily, DA: 5600-3936-0203. (Counts as 5 entries)

It will also make trading easier in my town so that people don't have to run to the post office to get more bells. My house is pretty close to the station c:
