Overall, I feel like the music from WW was much better than the music in NL. I miss the 10PM and 11PM songs from WW - they were so relaxing, layered and created a great vibe while walking through the town.
In NL, I prefer all of the nighttime music compared to the daytime music. I really like the late, late night music that many are calling eerie. It's the middle of the night and you're alone walking around a moonlit town, so I think it's fitting and still relaxing.
Don't even get me started on the horrific marching band-like music playing on the first and second floors of the Emporium - WHAT were they thinking? I see red and lower the volume as soon as I walk in! Totally doesn't go with the atmosphere. They should have used variants of what was used for Gracie's floor, and or something similar to what was used for Nookington's.
