world of warcraft questions

I started out as a dwarf and its fun and the server says high but where can i find all the other players?where are most people at?

It means how many characters have been created on the server

And plus... the people that play are usually high levels so they wont hang around a level 4 dwarf

i hade to get to a high level before people started talking to me, but they usually used my teleporting

Most players are in citys. Ironforge is probably the closest to you right now, but don't just talk to random people. You usually make friends while running instances(dungeons). When you get to around lvl 10-15 go to Westfall near Stormwind and look for a group to run the Dead Mines. You will probably make some friends and finish some quests in there.
