I'm trying to finish the helping wisp achievement but I'm having trouble finding him. I know he shows up one random night a week after sometime after 10pm and stays til 5am. So I figured I'll set the time to 4:30am and I'm sure to find him. But that's not working. I have also tried random times but I can't find him. Any advice is appreciated.
