Oh for sure! I’m on mobile so the way I do it is I click the little bell bag symbol at the top, click the amount of bells I currently have, then a little window pops up where I can click an option to gift some bells. Type in the username of who you want to gift it to and the amount you want to send! Hopefully that makes sense
