I would make it based on the Japanese shopping district just like I've seen people do online!
I'm inserting my wishlist here for items I can use to decorate the shopping district. I will pay in NMT or IGB, no TBT! Make offers below and PLEASE do not try to overprice things! Some items in my wishlist have a note if I want more than one. There are also a couple clothing items for decoration!
