Buying Wishlist items

A month ago I lost my town and had to create a new one so I'd like to buy some of my favorite items, most of them are Sanrio so I probably won't be able to buy all of them right now. I can pay with IGB and the TBT I have left but I'm not sure how much are they worth, I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with this
