I am wondering when is it exactly time to start catching the snow flurry things or even building a snowman? Does anyone have the dates on that?

Also, is there a point for the "Santa" costume?​

Snow falls on the ground on December 11th. Or was it 12th?.. Either one.

You need the complete Santa suit for Toy day. Toy day is on Dec 24th. Make sure you get the whole set.

Snowflakes can start falling on Decemeber 1. December 11 is when snow falls and sticks on the ground aka a "blizzard" happens. Next day you could be able to build a snowman. The Santa suit is basically for Toy Day like TheGreatBrian said.
