Cycling will you hold zell for me?

hi! i am currently cycling to get my villagers all held before i reset. i have gotten all 9 of my villagers a good place for now, except poor zell. everyone has had him before that was willing to help, which is kinda funny.
i would like him to be held, not kept by you, and returned to me whenever i ask. it should be soon, i will reset once my last villager leaves.
i will only trust someone with 5+ positive wifi ratings, with their total being 100%. i had issues the first time and i didn't check for this, so now i'm being a lil stickler about it.

He may have went through the 16/16 cycle in my town if you still need him held I could come over and see if he'll move in with his old neighbors Maple and Pashmina
