If I travel a year to the future, and have beautiful ordinance in effect, will any of my flowers die?
Also, will villagers move out?

as far as i know if you don't load up the game nothing will happen. if you just tt back afterwards everything should be fine. so your flowers wont die if you have the ordinance and because unless you load the game up nothing will happen

If you do it when a villager you don't like has pinged to move.. You'll lose that villager completely and no others, and you'll gain a few weeds

However you won't lose any of your flowers

With Beautiful Ordinance, no flowers will die. Some weeds will appear though.

If you stop a villager from moving, you can save and quit and TT a year forward and no one will have moved out.
