will this cafe/police station layout fit?

ok, first of all, ignore the fountain. i will remove it if this layout will work.

i read online the cafe needs 3 spaces on each side and 5 spaces up like in this image and the police station is 5x5. assuming their extra space required can touch, then this layout should work, but im unsure on if the space needed can touch like this. i think itd be cool to have my cafe and my police station side by side in a sorta central area, and judging by this they just barely fit here. it makes sense for them to be able to have their required space touching on the edges- if they couldnt, then itd require a little more extra space, but this is the amount of open space next to them included, right? im just making sure before i demolism my fountain and build my station there, tho.

(i was blessed to have renee suggest it today while doing the diving trick inbetween homework... truly #blessed)

As long as they are two spaces away from each other horizontally, it will work.

Plus, that sounds like a nice layout.
