Will it dissappear?

Hi everyone!

So I'm re-starting my town, as I hate the layout, PWP places, character house placement and pretty much everything else.
However, I don't want to have to start from scratch with bells, hybrids, furniture etc., I just want to make an amazing town that I'll finally be happy with.
So I asked my cousin to look after all the important things for my dream town ^^ and he made another character, let's call him.... Bob, in his town where he is storing all the stuff in Bobs empty locker/bank to avoid confusion with his main characters items.
But Bob is only temporary, and once I've re-started and collected all my stuff, he'll be deleted. Poor Bob.

Anywayyyy...

Now I'm pretty sure that 1: giving my items to Bob and then deleting my account won't delete my things from his inventory,
And 2: well the same as number 1, just vice versa (getting items back from Bob in my new town, then Bob being deleted). Will my stuff still be ok?

I'm sure that the items would still be there, but I just wanted to check seeing as losing all that I've worked for in the past 6 months by accident, would kinda suck...

Bob will keep all his items even if you delete your account and vice versa!

If Bob (said in the voice of Rowan Atkinson of course) is from a different town to the one that's being deleted, then there won't be an issue.

Ah thank you! Phew, now I can re-set my town without having a panic attack!
