You can wash out their bad language with soap by talking to Isabelle and filing a complaint about the villagers saying it. I think it gets changed to "uh-huh".

i didn't even set it to that my friend did when i let her play and now it's spreadingggg XP I could get isabelle to wash their mouths out... lol

I thought uchi villagers only left if they had a really good friendship level with the player
