Why doesn't my house have a flag?

do you get a certain color flag for finishing your debt first, like in the original you get the gold trophy for first, silver for second, bronze for third, and green for last?

Can you please stop discussing the apparent scam, and not mention it again. If someone was scammed, that is between them and the scammer. No-one can actually prove if someone was scammed on purpose or by accident, and if people keep trolling I will start dishing out warns.

In order to ge the flag, you have to pay off all of your last debt to Nook. Then, go talk to Nook, and he'll tell you he's going to add a flag by your house for free. The next day, you'll have a flag on the right side of your house. To change your flag design, you talk to Rover in your attic, and then you'll choose a design from your patterns tab. You can change it out as often as you want.
