Why do some items in my catalouge say "Not For Sale"?

Theres only certain ones you can buy, cause you cant buy gracie grace stuff in the catalogue because it has to come from gracie grace's lol. And stuff like that....

They are most likely event itmes which you can only get on that event

The event items would be items suck as the Christmas furniture series, or the Easter series.
