Why can't you sell or order the sprinkler?

I noticed today when the sprinkler showed up in my Super T&T, that after buying it you can't sell it or even go in the catalogue and order it.

This puzzles me..it isn't a rare item is it? I never thought it was..

It's just one of two T&T items that are unorderable for whatever reason. The other one is the 'lawn mower'.

Dangit! One of my villagers gave me it and I ended up getting rid of it ><. if I had known I couldn't reorder it. T_T

It just is that way for some odd reason. The rest of the backyard theme can be ordered from the catalog which makes it even more puzzling.

I was able to sell the sprinkler after all my players cataloged it.
