Whose town do you prefer to do trades in?

This is another one of my curiosity polls. When you trade with someone on this website or somewhere else, do you like to trade in your town or the other person's town? Do you trust having people in your town? Do you find it more convenient to invite someone to your town for a trade or visit the other person's town? Have you ever gotten in a dispute with someone over whose town the trade takes place in?

The main thing I trade is villagers. Got to have them come to my town for that.

Usually I prefer to work in my town anyway, just because I'm nervous about an accidental misstep in someone else's town. I don't want to nearly drop my 3DS and destroy flowers with an accidental sprint or shoveling, which has happened to me before.

generally, i prefer mine because i'm always worried my wifi will crash so i try to end the session as quickly as possible! but it depends on the trade i suppose.

Luckily, it happened in my own town. But there's no telling what buttons can be pushed in a desperate attempt to snatch my precious system away from certain death smashing against the ground as it attempts to defeat its criminal nemesis.

It depends on who's getting what. If it's items for items then I prefer my town, but it really doesn't matter. If it's bells for items then who ever has the bells should go to the item person's town. That's how I prefer it at least.

Honestly, I prefer the other person's. If they come to mine I get rly nervous about how my town looks & then I have to deal with that really awkward moment when you don't know if they're going to leave on their own or if they want you to kick them. > v <

I don't really care where I do trades, I go to other people's towns, and my town.

It usually doesn't matter to me. When I do prefer the trade to be in my town, it usually is when I give away items and I have a couple of people waiting for their orders. All of the items that I was giving away were in the dresser of a storage character; it saved me a lot of time and stress having the trade take place in my town.

I'm working towards both my hostess & my travelling badges, so right now it doesn't matter whose town I trade in. If I get my gold badge in travelling first, I'll ask for my town only, and vice versa. It also depends on the type of trade, though.

Most of the time it doesn't matter. I have a spare town for players to drop by. No worrying about players running.
If it's something from my main town than I want to visit. It's the one town that is private except for the dream suite.

It doesn't really matter to me tbh. But right now, I generally would prefer my town because I want the count to go towards my town visitor count since I want the gold badge.

Really depends on the trade and I'm pretty flexible so I guess it doesn't matter much to me?

My town, if only because it brings me one step closer to getting the train station renovation.

Personally, for me, it doesn't really matter. Either way, you still have that awkward moment when the two of you are done and you have no idea when to end the session, and it's extremely quiet and awkward =P Plus, typing in NL is next to impossible so it's hard to talk as well.
I would say my own town since I have complete control over it.
