Who’s this whispy voice that Isabelle imitates?

Whenever you do the island evaluations Isabelle imitates other people’s voices. I know one is gulliver and one is whisp but I don’t know who this one is. It’s a very strained whispy voice that I never heard before, it sounds weird.

I can’t add a picture because it’s too big but the quote is:

“well me an’ my bro’ll be back in’ you up from behind the scenes, so you better just do your best, capisce?”

hmmm the only character that comes to mind are don and resetti since they’re brothers, but i don’t believe they have “whispy” voices? who knows!

Sounds like Resetti, he has that rough way of speaking. Usually him and his brother, Don, are off screen sort of characters, so the dialogue checks out.

I don’t think it’s resetti,you hear his voice when you use rescue services but his is really high pitched.
You might be right it’s probably booker and copper because he talks about his bro but idk for sure

EDIT: okay I think it’s don resetti cause he does mention his brother, I just never heard his voice before
