Who should my tenth villager be?

Changing up my list of villagers for my main town. I have 9 villagers picked out, 5 female, 4 male. I usually keep the gender ratio 1:1 but this time I'm letting the gender ratio be off.

I can't decide between these villagers:
Antonio
Charlise
Graham
Papi
Mott
Bettina
Bree
Blanche
Rhonda
Fang

You could also try to look for dream towns with these villagers, see which one you like better and hopefully get your list narrowed down a bit xD

I know everyone's saying, "Get Graham!" but I say NO. Do NOT get him because he was an absolute JERK to me when he was in my town.

He was in my town too. Coming from a street pass move-in, it was so horrible because I had to endure the whole way through...

Though I personally think he's really scary with his glasses blinking. That's the only reason I didn't allow him to stay in my town.
