Who has a Perfect Town?

I had a perfect town for a bit. But now I have too much stuff on the ground. :/

I used to have a perfect town until I got the golden watering can. After that, I started to have stuff on the ground since then. I am starting to clean it up and I'm hoping to have the town clear by Weeding Day.

I got the Golden Watering Can, the beautiful town ordinance as well so it's a "perfect town" according to the game. But the town's far from being finished - I've yet to get all my dreamies (only 4 of 10 atm) but I won't be pathing. Wanted the town to look more natural and open. Like a petting zoo! lols

Having a hard time by random move-ins to places i don't want them. I tried to build a fountain there to stop them, but Isabelle says I can't build there so i figured it's not big enough for a house. then BAM! a new villager moves in there! geez! Sometimes you wonder if Isabelle should be fired!

Mine has been perfect for quite a long time. Maybe a year? This is why my town is UGLY, haha. Eventually, when I stock up on Jacob's Ladders and nearly complete my PWP list, I will be cutting down all my trees and placing them where I actually want them and build PWPs that I want to build.
