Selling Whitney (99% Original)

Looking to sell Whitney for IGB only. She's moving out on the 19th and I'd be willing to TT.

The only thing not original about her is that she has an additional piece of furniture in her house (floral knit tee in bottom right corner)

I don't know. She seems to be sold for around 10-15mil on here so I guess that.

I also have her pic so I'd be willing to give that to whoever buys her too if they want it

What would you guys consider a fair price then? Looking through old threads lead me to believe that tier one villagers should be sold for around that much, but if that is an unfair price I will lower it

No it seems fair, they usually go for that much, but my sister doesn't want to. I'll wait until I can find a Whitney I can buy for her with tbt.
