Which villager personality has given you the best experiences?

I always fall in love with how nice and friendly the Normal villagers are with me. But I also form pretty strong bonds with Lazy villagers. Sometimes it seems like Crankys don't hang out with many other villagers in town, so they can be good-great friends too!

Hard decision for me, but I really enjoy the Normal personality.

i agree with you, normals have always been my favorites.
when i first played the game in my original town, i fell in love with coco and how sweet she was. then it was lolly, and she remains to be my favorite c':
but i do always form good relationships with my crankies too, initially with wolfgang, and then with fang, and now with lobo. maybe it's because i'm also cranky, but i've always had good experiences with them.​

Normal villagers always end up being my best friends. But the most surprising feels always come from my crankies :> they can be just sweethearts unexpectedly!

In terms of experience, I always love the Peppy villagers. They're this ball of sunshine greeting me every time I see them, and it melts my heart whenever they smile. c:
Ironically though, I have a lot more normal villagers, but mostly because of their cute design. (And the smugs-- damn them for trying to sweet talk their way into my heart!)

Okay, I felt a bit embarrassed writing that after everyone's eloquent, thought-out reasons. I love the uchis so much. I love their sass, and they and the crankies stop the game from feeling too twee. I love how protective they are of you once you're friends, especially wanting to beat up 'who did this to you?!' when you get stung by bees.

For me it's the Snooty villagers. I'm glad new leaf made them less catty and more realistically effeminate instead of just plain rude. They also give great advice for girls, just sayin'.

Cranky, smug, and normal c: Crankies are so adorable and it's a nice surprise when they say really sweet things to you. There's a reason why I have three of them c: Smugs are, well, smugs. I love how they're so flirty with your character and just super sweet! And do I even need to explain normals? I'm going to miss having a normal in my town... :/

i can not just pick one . i love the Peppies , Normals and Lazies. they warm my little heart.

Normals are my favourite and have been since the game cube. They're so sweet! However, I would have to say Kidd, the only smug villager I've ever had has given me the best experiences because he always makes me laugh and I'm often shocked he can even say some things. For awhile he had a claw-foot bath tub in his home and would always invite me to take off my clothes and bathe. He said the same thing to Midge when she visited. I also found a makeup case inside his refrigerator. When he let me keep it the game zoomed in as though I had just paid off my loan. I have so many other weird and wonderful messages with Kidd. So I don't really know if I should vote for normals who I adore or smug villagers who life is never dull with.

I think all were pretty good for my gameplay. It gives my town more life and various range of personalities! I really like the uchi normal and lazy kinds~ I find that the crankies and peppies are funny and dramatic. Overall they're not all that bad

Normals are the best! They're just so kind and sweet I've had Poppy for two years, and seeing her in my town always makes me smile.
