Which team should I use?

Okay so I am doing a pokemon emerald playthrough and I am just wondering what I should do for a team. I have made two but it is only a matter of which one would be a better choice.

Bazekin
Hariyama
Altaria
Walrein
Manectric
Gardevoir

Blaziken
Manectric
Skarmory
Gardevoir
Walrein
Slaking

Or should I use the second one and swap Slaking with Hariyama or something? I like having Skarmory and Gardevoir Feel free to make any changes or suggestions.

First one for me. Skarmory isn't really made for attacking, but it can function as support/stalling, depends on what ou need.

Well, I have seen some particularly oppressive sweeper sets on Skarmory: But, that is just me.

I'd say it all comes down to personal choice, really.
