Which starter should I pick? Pokémon X

I decided to restart my Pok?mon X, since I stopped playing and now have a lot of free time.
I'm not sure which starter I should pick, I just want a few opinions.

I chose Fennekin 'cause fire types. I ended up with a Psychic dominant team though whoops

Fennekin is clearly the cutest, it's based on the adorable fennec fox! First non-Water starter I've ever been tempted to use. And it's a wizard/witch, to boot! What beats magic? Nothiiiiing.

Fennekin on my first run, but I've used all three starters and you can beat the game with all three pretty well with the right team.

I absolutely love Fennekin, but the other forms of it are just eh. Greninja is overrated as hell, but it's still a nasty thing to go against. Go for Froakie.

I ended up going for Fennekin because if I remember correctly, you get a gen one starter? I really wanted a Bulbasaur to even out my team so two of them would be able to beat Calem and whatever that girl's name is. (I already forgot)

ah i made a decent choice to go with Fennekin but i think Chespin is pretty awesome with nice defenses and moves

I chose Fennekin since Fire-types are my weak spot. (especially cute ones)
