Which 'special' non-villager character do you wish was an actual villager?

I started to say Niko, the cute monkey from Happy Home Paradise. But then I realized this is the New Leaf forum, and he's not in New Leaf. So I'm going with Porter (also a monkey) as my choice. I've always been a fan of his (possible) brother Champ, and I've had him in City Folk before.

I’d love Katie because who can say no to a kitten villager? I know I can’t; I love her design so much .

If Gracie Grace could still have her shop or in NH case, could have her shop and items as a bonus for inviting her (if some amiibo cards brought some exclusive content), I’d for sure invite her. I miss her items and clothes so much in NH (not a fan of the recycled stuff; some of her clothes were recycled and made into an Able’s shop clothing).

Pascal - he has been a long time favorite of mine. I love his design, he is so adorable and how chill he is.

Saharah if I can still get wallpaper and flooring from her. I love her so much (I do kinda wish she had eyes instead of just lashes).

Kicks - I love his design. He seems to be really cool.

I'm surprised nobody has said but but I really wish Isabelle had a house we could design! Like maybe upstairs in town hall or her own little house. I obviously appreciate that characters like Isabelle and Kapp'n are available 24/7 but I think it would be really fun for worldbuilding if Kapp'n had a little house on the beach he would go to after 11pm and Isabelle had a little house that was hers too.

Rover most definitely. He's already halfway there by sharing the same design as the villager cats, and would be fun to talk to overall. I have a feeling he'd ask to move way too often, however...

I would love to have Celeste as a villager! She's always been a favorite of mine and I think her house would look super neat.

I'm not sure if Blanca would count, but I always loved her. I think having her face change daily would be a nice touch if she were to be a villager. Plus, she's a cute cat~
