Which Halloween mask did you get from Jack?

I got the mummy mask, and purchased the werewolf mask from the Able Sisters' shop :)

Question: Is Jack only in our towns on October 1st? My husband didn't visit his town yesterday, so did he miss out on the free mask?
 
My cycling town keeps getting visits from Jack several times a day. I have a surplus of masks. Werewolf seems to be the one that he gives least often.
