Which game to choose

I would take Wii Fit, because I don't have it yet.

But I've never tried either so I might not be any help. =P

I have NBA 2K9... Kind of close... But it's for X-Box... I don't know, Wii fit is pretty fun but it gets boring after a while.

As long as it isn't Wii Fit, you should be good. You don't need to pay $90 for a game that teaches you how to do pushups and run.

well i dont play sports so i am trying to stay fit, so does wii fit actually help you stay fit
No. Going outside and jogging a few miles is just as good, and sometimes even better than Wii Fit.

Wii fit makes exercise more fun...but it doesn't help you get fit at all.

does it help you at least stay fit?

I doubt Wii Fit would be fun at all... I'd recommend getting some other game than those two.

And if you want to get fit, jogging for a little outside's perfectly fine. I love hula-hooping myself, when there's an actual hoop.

Wii Fit just isn't that fun. :/

If you're picking one of those two, definitely go with Wii Fit. The Balance Board is used in many other games, as well.

Nope, Wii Fit sucks. Overall, running outside is far better as mentioned by Bdubs.
