Which Animals Do You Think Should Have Returned To New Leaf?

I was doing some research on removed animals. . . and I made a list on 6 animals I though should have returned or a new 'similar' villager should have been made.

-Dobie: He's a cool looking Wolf.
-Spike: Also cool looking + is a Rhinoceros
-Louie: He's the best looking Ape in the game IMO
-Buzz: He's a Buzzard! + not that many cool eagles in the game
--Belle: She was like Tipper except I liked her standard design more + the name was quirky.
--Rhoda: I thought this colorful chicken was cool! I was disappointed that she only appeared in the first game.

So do you have any forgotten villagers you would like to see brought back.

I don't know about most older animals, but I found Shoukichi one day and I wish he was in New Leaf. I hope he gets to appear in another game.
