Where would like to make chat threads?

As to why I made this poll, I want to have a talk with Storm to see if he'll let users make chat threads that I will CLOSELY MODERATE. IF this passes through, ANY SPAM IN CHAT THREADS WILL BE DELETED. If spamming persists by a user/users, the chat thread will be deleted and the member with the most spam posts will be BANNED.

Well you should be able to make them anywhere as long as you chat about what the board is.
So if there is one in the spam board why couldn't you spam?
You know play the random picture game and such.
