Where to get Streetpass tags?

I am working on getting them for my badge in acnl and I hardly ever get any tags when i take my ds out. Any suggestions on where to get some? I only have one right now

I don't know where you are but Barnes and Noble has always been my go to for streetpass. It's even better for me because the one I go to is also a nintendo zone so I can download whatever's available while I'm there.

Go to a town center or just a generally crowded place, especially if there's a game store or anywhere where the workers would generally have a 3DS or there may be some 'demo' 3DS's turned on and on display. Whenever I'm in town, I get a bunch of hits.

Any store that sells 3DS games or video games in general. They usually have a model 3DS that you can SP, and some other people might be there too buying new games for whatever they need.

Still struggling on finding 3DS systems to StreetPass with? If you come across with a Nintendo Zone, you will automatically get a fair amount of StreetPass tags. These hotspots can be found in places such as McDonald's, Best Buy and Nintendo World Store, along with AT&T WiFi Services and boingo hotspots scattered throughout the country.

If you find that method too time-consuming, then there's always the HomePass trick. It's a bit trickier, but it's well-worth the effort and it's very helpful to gain ACNL StreetPass tags and even the annoying pink puzzle panels from Puzzle Swap.

When I catch my train to school (during hour rush) I get around 5-10 tags each time I take it out. My friend got 43 at comic con once xP

Considering how densely packed the country is and how much they like Nintendo, I bet you can get 300 streetpass hits by just going to the toilet.

Conventions, game stores, Nintendo Zones, public places. I bring my 3DS with me to work, I tend to get at least one a day at least from my coworkers or the occasional kid who comes in.

I usually get a few, mostly the same people, in school. That is if you go to school of any kind. But yeah when you go to big store like Walmart or Target I get a few.

There's a GameStop at the two local malls, so I tend to get a few every time I go there. I also get one here and there while riding the bus and at crowded bus stops/transit stations.

Nothing compares to when I was at the airport though, oh my goodness me.

I get a ginormous amount of Streetpasses at anime conventions. It's one of my favorite things to do there. You can go to a panel or just sit around and your Streetpasses will constantly go up.

Nowadays you can get a lot via the Internet, but the easiest way would be to go to a mall or a convention.
