Pokémon Where to find HM fly?

I'm playing ORAS and I'm in desperate need of fly.. Is it only obtainable through a gym or is it found by a random pedestrian? Also, how do you get rock smash and the secret power thing?

Well since the games are a lot like the originals, you should get it after you beat your rival on route 119.

Wait- no in the original game you don't get it from your rival. You get it on route 119 inside of a house (the only one on the route). Inside there's a boy and a bunch of Wingull, you talk to him and he gives it to you.

I remember something like that! Maybe it was like that in LeafGreen? I remember a long time ago when I played I couldn't find the HM fly and one day I found it inside a house with a guy and it was the only house in the route. Lol
