When EXACTLY do Halloween DIYs become available?

Is it at midnight on October 1st, or is it 5am on October 1st?
It's currently 7pm PDT. I wanna know if its worth it to stay up and play.

I want to know if it's like seasonal fish and bugs where at midnight it switches over to the new month or not.

The day is half over here, but probably when the day (October,1st) loads.

Most likely October 1. I got the update today, but I saw no Halloween furniture, candy, clothes, eyes, or skin, so I just time traveled a day forward and that's when things showed up. I didn't feel like waiting one more day on the day of the update.

pretty sure it would be 5am on october 1st, though some people have noted having access to some costumes on the 30th of sept so not exactly sure ;;

I'm getting mixed signals here. I'm gonna assume its at 5am but, at the same time, what if its at midnight? Still only 9pm, sooooooo I'll just try it when midnight rolls around.

I’m pretty sure it’s after 5am. I think fish and bugs are the only things that ever change by the hour rather than needing to wait for the next day.

I got mine today from a villager. I also got another for popping up a balloon. (It's October 1st here in Singapore.)

I still had one more DIY to go from a crafting villager so I closed down my game until after midnight. No spooky DIY from the third crafter.
