thats crazy, I think when I use to play I would TT back and forth and didn't have to wait

When you get the first Gracie check, and it was weeks after I qualified, you can time travel back to that day and get your other checks. But it is time travel and you risk a villager move so be careful.

Get TIY, and she appears roughly once a week (roughly).

Yeah when she came to my plaza i time travelled back 1 day, and then travelled forward again.
