When do you think the next seasonal update trailer will drop?

I really hope it's next week, but since Nintendo didn't specify that the upcoming update will be available in September, it could potentially just be a packed October Update. Though I am kind of hoping for the latter

I want the update for September, but I’m guessing October because of Jack’s appearance on the trailer.

I was guessing October too but I would love to have more game features earlier in September. I love the feeling of anticipation before an update announcement.

The harvest backpack (Sept.) was released in the current update, so I'd expect October. It's similar to Earth Day (april) which released events/items through June.

I was going to say the same thing. They have associated Jack with the update, so we all know it is for Halloween. I would believe the update will be for October and a video will drop in late September.

I am hoping that the update will be in two waves (like the summer updates), wave 1 for September and wave 2 for October for Halloween. Probably just wishfull thinking

Late September trailer, October 1st update would be my guess. We had updates in both July and August bc they split the Summer update in two. Before that it was what? Late April? I forget. I'll be surprised if there's a new content update in September.

I'd say we get updates in October, November and December now.

I was hoping Brewster would come September, Jack October and Franklin November. It seems to make sense that way no? I don't know...

Maybe I'm being too impatient/optimistic but nothing for September would be a bit of a drag. I guess new season and all would be refreshing though.

Not only that, but they just put out a patch that fixes the sumo ring yesterday. If there was going to be an early September update (as a hypothetical), they probably would've put the sumo ring patch into the update.

I honestly don't expect to see something until late September. And then watch the Halloween event last the entire month of October. That's how Nintendo seems to roll with these things.
