When do you get your first campsite villager?

I know this is kind of a dumb question but I just started new horizons. Anyway, this morning I set down the campsite construction kit, so currently the campsite is under construction. I know the whole “you NEED to invite your first campsite villager” rule, but i was wondering when they actually show up?

i'm bad at explaining but they should appear a day after it's finished building so like
day 1 - building
day 2 - finished building
day 3 - camper appears ☆
