All of them do not unlock at the same time, but you can get them from certain villagers as you go on.

For example, you can get the bell if Penelope visits you in HHD, while you can get the torch from Phoebe. Do keep in mind though that you can unlock certain PWPs from more than just one villager, so as such it won't be impossible to do.

I can't remember the others but I do know that Gayle unlocks the illuminated heart (my favorite pwp)
