When a new villager wants to leave!

I finally got 10 villagers, and Vesta (who just moved in a day or 2 ago) was wanting to move on and "grow as a sheep". :-( I couldn't tell her no... but I barely got to know her! Is it because there's 2 other sheep already on my island? It seemed like she was getting along with them. Idk where I went wrong.

The more villagers you have moving in, the more poised the villager with the lowest friendship level will be to move. Same thing happened with me and Cyrano!

It is random. You didn’t do anything wrong, it has nothing to do with relationships or species. Don’t worry c: There is no evidence pointing to it being relationship based. Sometimes my villager that i’m at level 6 relationship (the highest) with asks to leave and my town is full. Also saying no won’t effect your relationship, so next time someone asks to move and you want them to stay there won’t be any consequences.

don’t worry, the species/personality doesn’t contribute! it’s all random, with the only factor being villagers with lower friendships are slightly more inclined to leave. i wouldn’t worry about it too much ^^

Thanks, guys! Well i'm glad to hear it wasn't me or my island... still sad to see her go. At first i didn't like the sheep but after 2 moved in.. lol.. it's so dang cute how their raincoats stretch out over their wool and the dots become ovals i totally related to that after quarantine and no gym!!
