I find firefly very infuriating when they hover in the middle of the river out of reach and the times when you go over to the other side, they decide that they'll fly to the side you were originally on.

I have never seen a firefly tour! Oh, my...what am I doing wrong?
I HATE Hide and Seek. I am so embarrassingly bad at it. I just plain stink and it should be easy but for me I have the worst time.
For medal farming I do well at the Gardening, Big Kahuna and Shark tours. I think my favourite is the Elite Scavenger Hunt, tho. I still need help with my plant identification.

yep, it appears randomly on the island but I haven't gotten it lately :/
You find 4 villagers. They ALL hide behind trees. Luckily some villagers have a unnatural color to them or it wouldn't be as fun

Oh my God, I'm so bad at it as well. I loved the little Hide and Seek games you do in your town, so when I saw the Elite Hide and Seek Tour for the first time, I was like, "Yeah! This'll be fun and easy!" and then went without finding a single villager. I'm also garbage at the Item Matching one. I guess my short-term memory is just dreadful.
The Elite Scavenger one is best for earning medals easily, but Tuna-Kahuna and Giant Dragonfly ones work as well, but I have to put in a little more effort. I like the Elite Hammer and Elite Balloon-Hunt ones for fun.

Does anyone like the Item-Matching Tour? I'm genuinely curious. I'm not only bad at memorizing those locations, but I also love how you try to dig up a particular spot, but you somehow fly fifty meters away and lock onto a different dig spot entirely.
I HATE that mechanic - the game swivels you around, digs a random spot, and then asks if you want to bury the item. The timer should seriously stop whenever there's text running. I played the Elite Item-Matching tour until I could prove to Horf-face I could do it - and after all that effort his general response is, "Well you barely managed it, here's a medal" - and then NEVER again. Diving and item-matching make me want to smash my 3DS.
I love the Elite Scavenger and Tuna-Kahuna. The tuna one is good for medals and the scavenger one I just find fun.
I'm so bad at this, the only time I found someone while doing multiplayer was when I fell down a pitfall behind a house, and the camera zoomed in and revealed a villager.
