By disco, do you mean music like ABBA's?

Well, I do love ABBA, but their discography is way too diverse to be called disco. Some primarily disco artists I can think of would be The Weather Girls, Sylvester, and Divine.

Overall, I love listening to Japanese pop! There's something about the unique sound and the energy from idol songs that's really refreshing. I feel pumped up after listening to certain songs ♪

I like rock, trance, pop, J-Pop, J-rock, Vocaloid (idk if that counts as a genre), and traditional Asian music.

indie/indie pop, bubblegum pop, folk, classical, and country. am also a total sucker for all disney and christmas music.

digital hardcore, aggrotech, dance especially industrial dance or dance punk, EBM, synth especially synthpop and minimal synth, nu disco, the kinda cyberpunk and cybergoth culture inspired electroclash, minimal techno, psychedelic trance, goth (as in actually structurally goth music) darkwave, horror punk and psychobilly, breakcore, dub and darkstep, cabaret/steampunk kinda acts (Steam Powered Giraffe, Rasputina, Hellblinki etc.), folk punk, twee pop, the PC Music label and inspired acts are like my more specific interests

but EDM, Industrial, Goth, Dance, Cabaret related subgenres mostly

I'm not too specific honestly, although synthpop and dreampop and alternative/indie are good. I've also slowly gotten more into punk.

not that into indie unless it's a bit of something else but yyeah. alternative is cool too.
