Whats up with this bamboo set..

When did this start.. its messing with the cherry blossom set I'm trying to complete now as well as the bunny event on top of it I only started a few days and this is becoming more and more difficult.. q1

I dont think Bamboo DIYs are seasonal. Also, the bunny day DIYs only come in the bottles or the special balloons so the Bamboo ones shouldn't be affecting that.

The young spring bamboo ones specifically are seasonal. You can see them even listed that way on the seasonal tab of the DIY app on your NookPhone.

The bamboo recipes that don't include young spring bamboo can be gotten any time.

The Bunny Day stuff is fairly quick to collect all of, so you don't need to stress about that. The cherry blossom set is more of the problem. The 10th is the last day for it.

I don't know the ending date for young spring bamboo, but my *guess* is it will end when summer officially starts in-game (probably around June 20?). The season for this started when spring started, which was March 20th for northern hemisphere.

I just got a cherry blossom recipe two minutes ago, so they’re still out there. But they seem to be rarer. It’s the first one I’ve managed to get in two days, despite putting a lot of time into balloon hunting yesterday. I’ve gotten several bamboo furniture pieces in the meantime.

If you're in the northern hemisphere, cherry blossom recipes currently still exist (I completed the set earlier today), though the last day to get them is tomorrow. The same goes for cherry blossom petals.

They do, they just somehow feel rarer post-patch.

It doesn't help either that for whatever reason the nighttime spawns seem a bit broken. The daytime spawns work mostly fine (though I've noticed regular balloons don't spawn on the hour anymore), but the night spawns are weird. At night, about half the time, the Bunny Day balloon seems to flat out replace the regular balloon spawn that happens every 5 minutes.
